Heyyyy, there! I’m Kimberly Y. Bennett.
(you can call me Kim!).

I am a trademark and business strategy attorney and founder of K Bennett Law LLC, a boutique subscription legal services law firm that helps small businesses protect their brands and grow profitable and sustainable 7-figure organizations.

I am…
an Innovator,
an Entrepreneur,
a Legal Industry Disruptor, and
a Business coach who happens to be a lawyer.

Essentially, I’m not your average attorney.
And, this is not your average law firm.

Small businesses need legal support that focuses on proactive brand protection, business development, and problem solving. I am proud of what I have developed and I’m happy to be a pioneer of subscription legal services for small businesses.

Entrepreneurship is a team sport.
And, at K Bennett Law, we believe that you should not do entrepreneurship alone. From my experience working at a Fortune 500 companies to newly formed businesses, I know it’s important to have a strategic team of professionals on your side at all stages of growth. KBL is proud to offer subscription legal services that allows us to be part of our clients’ teams.

Welcome to modern legal services.

My legal career began with a focus on labor and employment law and, after several years, I broadened my scope to include business and corporate law. For over a decade, I have represented clients in the sports, print media, digital media, financial services, real estate and entertainment industries. Now, as I grow K Bennett Law LLC, I bring my business and legal acumen to help small businesses address their trademark and business strategy needs.

In addition to growing and managing this firm, I coach female attorneys building modern, subscription law practices, I speak on legal topics impacting startups and small businesses, I teach workshops for new entrepreneurs and I am a co-organizer of two legal tech communities: Atlanta Legal Tech and Atlanta Legal Hackers.

I am a native New Yorker, raised between New York and New Jersey. In my free time, I enjoy dabbling in interior design projects, planning events, watching sports, reading and experiencing cultures around the world.
